Come be part of something amazing!

Close up view of young business people p

If you are a genuinely awesome human and are dedicated to being a better therapist while serving the people who need it most, we want to hear from you! We are always looking for talented professionals, whether newly licensed and ready to take on the world or with years of experience and up for more! We take pride in our team cohesiveness as well as our consistent thirst for knowledge. Chattanooga DBT is looking for those that are willing and ready to go above and beyond when it comes to providing excellent clinical care.

Join a team that promotes support, self care, inclusivity and counseling practices that work. Our practice is looking for life-er’s. Yeah… that’s right. We want someone in it for the long haul, not just dropping in for a job. We want to support you in creating a career that you love so much, you never want to leave. We believe that happy therapists do better work. And so by creating a culture that’s filled with authenticity, continued learning, acceptance and fun (because we ALL need time for not-so-serious stuff), our clients will be well taken care of. It’s a win-win-win.

Clinical staff must hold a valid license in the state of Tennessee and need to complete a foundational DBT training within six months of hire. Pre-licensed individuals will also be considered as well as those without DBT background who are eager to learn and practice adherent DBT.  Must have a self starter mindset that thrives in a team setting. Hustle hard mentality and willing to work evenings and some weekends is required. Clinical staff must be motivated to treat a risk population struggling with suicidal thinking and self harming behavior. Diverse candidates as well as those offering a varied skill set are highly encouraged to apply.

Post-Master's pre-licensure therapists and those who are in their Internship may also apply.
